This is a simple page, but if your venue has bays, you'll find these settings available under Bay Settings.
You'll find several important settings here, so let's go through them together.
Multiple Tabs
At the top of the page, you may see multiple tabs. If you do, this means your venue has multiple ranges or areas, allowing you to configure each one differently if required.
General Settings
Name
This is the name that customers will see for the range or simulator on your booking page.
Booking URL
Next to the name, you'll find the Booking URL. Clicking this link will take you directly to the booking page for that range, making it easy to preview the customer experience.
Max Players
This setting defines the maximum number of players allowed per booking across the range.
Keep in mind that this is different from the maximum players configured on individual bay options. Those settings may override this value for specific bays, but this acts as the general default.
Max Concurrent Bookings
As the name suggests, this controls how many active bookings a customer can have at the same time.
Please note that if you have booking restrictions configured, those restrictions can specify a different value and will take priority during the times they apply.
Customer Cancellations & Refunds
If you don't want to configure cancellation and refund rules for every individual bay option, you can set them at venue level here.
If a customer cancels a booking inside the set period, they will need to reach out to you directly to cancel. We recommend keeping this off.
Turn on to set a period in which customers that cancel will not receive a refund (all self-refunds are to customer credit, not to the original payment method).
Bookable
If you're a new venue or simply don't want customers to book yet, you can set Bookable to No.
When disabled, customers won't be able to make bookings, even if they find your booking page.
Max Book Ahead Period
This controls how far into the future customers can make bookings.
This is always the highest-level setting. If you want certain customer groups (for example, members) to be able to book further ahead than walk-in customers, you'll need to set this value to the longest booking period required, then use Restrictions to limit the booking window for other customer groups.
Booking Cut-Off
This setting allows venues to define the minimum booking lead time.
You can configure it from 60 minutes before the booking start time up to 60 minutes after the booking start time.
This means customers can still make a booking shortly before the session starts—or even after the scheduled start time—depending on the value you've configured.
Customer Booking Experience
Here you can choose which booking interface your venue uses.
- Classic – Typically used by driving ranges or venues with multiple bays.
- Calendar – Most commonly used for simulator venues with around 4–5 bays.
If you select Calendar View, you'll have additional options available to customise the customer experience.
Banner
Your venue already has a banner, but if you'd like your range to use a different one, you can upload it here.
Please remember that banners should be in PNG format with a 12:9 aspect ratio.
Additional Information
Use this field to provide any extra information you'd like customers to see about the range.
Opening Hours
Finally, you'll find the Opening Hours section.
Hopefully, we don't need to go through how opening hours work, but if you'd like more information, you can read the Opening Hours Guide (click here).
