What is Navigation and How to Set It Up
Navigation helps organize your venue’s booking options into clear, clickable tiles.
If your venue offers multiple line items such as Bays, Courses, Top-ups, Memberships, or Events, Navigation makes it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for.
These tiles appear:
On the right side of the booking panel (e.g., “Driving Range,” “Adventure Golf,” “Top Ups”), or
On your landing page, if your booking button points there.
Some tiles (like Bays and Courses) may be automatically created, but if you have multiple items, you’ll need to set up new ones manually.
Landing Page:
Clicking “Show 6 options” expands the view to display more.
How to Set Up Navigation
Go to: Admin Panel > Settings > Navigation
If this is your first time, the page will be empty (unless you have “Events” enabled, in which case you’ll see an extra button for event links).
Important Note
If you enable Navigation, you must set up tiles for all active items.
For example:
If you set up a tile for Courses but not for Bays, you won’t be able to return to the Bays page without reloading the whole booking flow.
Adding Items
When adding a new item, you’ll see the following options:
1. Link Type
Choose where the tile points to. Options include:
Range/Simulator – For Driving Range or Simulator pages. If you have multiple, set up each one.
Courses – For your tee sheets. Same rule: multiple courses require multiple tiles.
Top-ups & Gift Cards – All top-ups and gift cards are grouped here.
Memberships – Links to the memberships page where customers can sign up.
Events – If enabled, you can add links to your event pages.
Shop Pages – Available if you use our POS system. Useful for restaurant or retail shop pages.
External Link – Send customers to an external webpage (e.g., your main site).
“Show Item in Navigation” allows you to enable or disable the navigation button. When enabled, the item will appear as a tile in the Navigation panel; when disabled, it will be hidden from customers.
2. Title
The text shown on the Navigation button.
3. Description
(Optional) Add a short explanation of what customers will find on that page.
4. Preview
On the side, you’ll see a live preview where you can upload images and check how it looks to the customer.
Finalizing Your Navigation Setup
Once all your navigation buttons are set up, your panel will look something like this (see picture below).
After setup, you’ll also notice two helpful buttons on the left side under Navigation:
View Live Site – Opens your landing page in a new tab.
Preview Navigation – Shows how your entire navigation panel will appear to customers.
Managing Your Navigation
You’ll also have several tools to customize and organize your Navigation buttons:
Reorder – Use the six dots next to an item’s picture to drag and rearrange the order (e.g., move something to the top or bottom).
Show/Hide Toggle – Quickly hide or unhide a button if it’s not currently needed.
Edit (Pencil Icon) – Modify the details of a navigation button.
Delete (Trash Icon) – Remove any navigation button you no longer need.
