How to Add Booking Extra

Would you like customers to add clubs when they book?

There might be different options that you would like to sell with your bays when customers book one of the most used ones would be club rental but you can set up all sorts.

This would require 3 different things to set up 

• A flag to connect the extras with the bay options when they choose it
• Products that you would like the customer to be able to choose from
• And last but not least the Booking Extra to hold the whole thing together

Let's see how we can set this thing up

As shown in the picture this is a club hire so we will go through with the club hire but whatever you would like to set up will be nearly the same

One great thing is we can do everything in one place when we go through the option we can set everything there and then

We would head to Admin Panel > Settings > Booking Extras  Click Create New Group

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set it up:

Here we will explain all the sections that you need to fill out but it is self-explanatory

• Insert a Name
• Add a Display Name that will be the one that will show on the booking page
• Descriptions if you would like to give more information to customers
• Item Style will give a little style change please try them out (slim is stretching across whereas Standard is a bit more like a block choose which one you prefer better)
• Available for customers if customers see it when they book
• Minimum What is the minimum value before they can process the booking if it is set for 1 then the customer has to choose one option it is good to leave it at zero if it optional
• Maximum How many the maximum value people can get when they book
• Order Priority if you have multiple options for example CLub hire and you got some drinks with the order priority you can set them who will be on the top of the page and which one is down the same way we apply this as with Bay /Course options 9 is the top and descending order
• Products Here we will be able to add the products if we didn't set the product we can create them as well but we can create them in Admin Panel > Settings > Product Settings > Products we can create multiple ones with the "+" in the middle 
• Lastly, we just need to add a flag if we haven't got it made then we can easily create it as well here
