Player Options

What is a player option:

The Player option is one of the first things that you have to set up to be able to set some bookable options up

You can Set up Different player options for example: Adult, Child, Senior, Small Family

Whether a player option is used for a range or a course, they are managed in the same place. You can even reuse them for multiple things.

Player options can also have a price if you want to charge per head.

1. This is a group. We recommend putting player options into groups for ease of finding and managing them. Putting an option in a group is easy, just modify its “group” property as shown on the right.

2. This is a player option tile. The way it appears here is also how it will appear to customers on your booking pages.

3.     “People” on a player option dictate how many actual players this player option counts as. You may think this is obvious, but consider setting up a player option “Small Family”. In this case, you might want one Player Option that counts as 2 adults and 2 children.

Here is a list of what the text boxes mean when you create a player option:

• Insert Name of the player (Child /adult/senior etc..)
• Insert Subtitle of the Player Option
• Insert Price in pence
• Hide Price if you would like to hide the price on the option
• Available For Customers if you would like to be able to select the option
• Hidden if you would like to hide the whole player option
• Minimum/Maximum if you like setting up a family and would like to set how many the minimum and maximum players that assigned for one player option
• Insert a Group name into player options together
• Order Priority - Priority of the Bay options on the booking page
• People how many actual players is assigned to the player option
• Insert the Image you would like to display.
