🛠️ Integration Guide: QT Court + YGB (Lighting & Access Automation)
Overview
YGB's integration with QT Court enables automated control of court access and lighting. When a user books a specific court through YGB, the system automatically:
Grants access via a unique PIN code.
Activates lighting for the duration of the reservation.
Ensures only the selected court is affected—other courts remain unaffected.
1. 🎯 Integration Objective
Provide users a seamless booking-to-play experience.
Eliminate manual intervention from staff for:
Opening bay doors.
Turning lights on/off.
Ensure compatibility with QT Court’s hardware infrastructure.
2. 🔌 System Architecture
YGB Booking Flow:
User books a bay via YGB.
YGB notifies QT Court system with:
Court ID
Start and end time
Unique reservation ID
QT Court:
Registers the session.
Generates a PIN code for door access.
Schedules lighting based on booking.
Lighting + Door Activation:
Lights turn on the set minutes before the reservation.
Door is unlocked during the reservation window.
Both turn off/lock after the reservation ends.
3. 🔐 PIN Code Generation & Delivery
YGB generate the PIN via
The PIN is:
Sent to the user via email
Logged in the reservation record.
4. 💡 Lighting Control Logic
For the lighting, you will need to contact QT directly, as they manage this through a separate setup
QT Court system controls lights per bay.
YGB communicates only the booked court to trigger lighting.
